Mana-Lomi ®
Mana-Lomi ® uses Hawaiian indigenous healing concepts that work with the body, mind and spirit. It is a precise, therapeutic, clinically oriented, problem solving style of lomilomi which can be used to prevent and resolve injuries as well as to relieve stress and to help patients relax. It addresses all body systems, particularly the muscular-skeletal and connective tissue systems, the circulatory system, the nervous system and the respiratory and digestive systems.

Mana Lomi ® principles and practices include community outreach. Carol Hart has been practicing outreach with the Alu Like Kupuna in Waimea for nine years, and has organized thirty lomi therapists in massaging the Kupuna during their annual conference on Kaua’i in 2008. In 2007, Carol organized six therapists and one support person in massaging the patients and kokua in Kalaupapa on Moloka’i. Every year, Mana Lomi® instructors and therapists gather in Hana, Maui, to massage the community, in addition to many more examples of helping and giving back throughout Hawaii, the mainland and internationally.

Lomi`ili`ili (Hawaiian Hot Stone) Massage
is Hawaiian hot stone therapy, essentially a deep Lomi Lomi massage with pohaku (hot stones). A truly devine experience!

Structural Integration:
When restricted fascia is released and lengthened the body can return to its structurally optimal position. This ultimately facilitates greater ease of movement, balance, flexibility and overall well being. Structural Integration is performed in 10 sessions each approximately one hour in length. For the best results, it is recommended to receive the treatments once a week for ten weeks in a row. Each session is progressively built upon the previous one, systematically balancing the body in segments until complete integration is achieved. In addition to physical realignment, the client is made aware of habitual patterns of movement, breathing, and stored tension in the body. The best possible results are achieved when this awareness facilitates posture changes in the alignment/connectiveness of the body, mind & heart. Clients often report wonderful changes, stating less stress, greater self-confidence and improved ability to handle life's changes.

CranioSacral Therapy
CranioSacral is a healing technique that incorporates balancing of the cranial structures and promotes overall health and well-being. It is relaxing and results in release of muscle and mental tension.
